About the Program

High LI is a Catholic, eight-day, overnight summer program of the Archdiocese of Baltimore that is held at the Msgr. O’Dwyer Retreat House and is designed to empower young people as leaders and as missionary disciples.

High LI is currently in its 45th year. Over 3,000 youth have graduated from the program, and they have returned to their parishes and schools as strong leaders who are ready to share their faith and the Gospel with everyone they encounter.
